The official departure time is 11.00 o'clock. We kindly ask you to remove your room up to this time. If you like to leave later you can deposit your luggage at our reception.
If you need medical help our reception team will assist you.
Cold drinks and snacks are available in our "Honesty Bar" on the ground floor, directly opposite the reception. Please enter your consumption in the list provided and hand it in at the reception.
A kettle and free coffee and tea are available in each room.
With pleasure we receive, for the duration of your stay, e-mails for you. Simply speak with the reception.

For your security we close the front door at night. You can open it with your key card or simply ring.Our nightauditor will open.
In case of a fire please follow the escape route plan in your room door. It gives you information where the next emergency exit is.
